Enabling the Future, also known as “e-NABLE,” is a global community of volunteers who provide 3D printed prosthetics to those in need. When the rapidly spreading COVID-19 pandemic and a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) worldwide occurred,
e-NABLE volunteers joined the global 3D-printing maker community to 3D print and distribute face shields to essential personnel, including but not limited to medical professionals, hospitals, elderly, and immunocompromised individuals.
